Requirement Items to Bring to the Federal Inland Revenue Service Screening Center
Candidates are to report to the Federal Inland Revenue Service screening center with the following items;
- Medical Reports
- Local Government Certificate
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Academic Certificates
- Two recent passport photographs
- Parental Consent
- Attestation form duly signed
- Writing Materials
- Original and photocopy of credentials used during the online application

- Log in with your username and password
- Provide all the credentials
- Click on the link to download in PDF
- Open the list and check your name and other details.
Note:- Screening and interviews will be conducted for all successful applicants. The date and screening center will be communicated to you via E-mail. Candidates that passed the Federal Inland Revenue Service screening and interview will qualify for full-time employment.
