Warehouse Supervisor (Lagos) Job Details

Summary
  • To ensure the proper management of stock within their assigned section by directly managing and overseeing every activity performed on the stock in their assigned section.
  • Ensure the proper planning and management of capacity within their assigned sections.
  • Ensure the inventory accuracy of all SKUs within their assigned sections.
Responsibilities
  • Create and manage stacking guidelines for all SKUs within assigned sections.
  • Perform labeling of all SKU stacks in assigned sections.
  • Perform capacity planning and allocation activities in conjunction with the procurement team to manage the space within the assigned section.
  • Oversee all stock movement activity within the assigned section.
  • Ensure adherence to all warehouse policies and procedures regarding stock movement within the assigned section (e.g. FIFO).
  • Perform daily cycle counts and stock reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of the stock within the assigned section.
  • Prepare reports on stock activity within assigned sections at the end of every shift.
  • Provide reports for warehouse and procurement teams on stock ageing and movement velocity.

Requirements

  • University Degree, Polytechnic, or equivalent.
  • S/he will have at least 1-year experience ideally in Warehousing within the FMCG/Production/e-Commerce.
  • S/he will be a great communicator with previous experience managing a team.
  • S/he will be goal driven, pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work strategically, while staying within the guidelines prescribed for the job role.

Job Aim

Responsibilities
  • Design and Visual Storytelling – Design and produce the company’s brand collateral, white papers, web landing pages, videos, infographics, social media visuals, email templates, event materials, direct mailers, advertising, promotional materials, and any other assets used in marketing communications.

  • Working Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and WordPress

Personal Assistant Job Details

Key Duties
  • Managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Provides high-level, confidential administrative support to the office of the Director.
  • Schedules travel arranges meetings and is responsible for handling information requests and staff requests.
Correspondences:
  • Effective management of correspondences and calls.
  • Draft responses (by phone or email, as may be needed) in a time-sensitive manner, with a clear understanding of office priorities.
  • Manage, screen, and track phone calls and emails.
Protocols:
  • Manages complex and intricate travel arrangements, ensuring detailed itineraries are accounted for, confirmations are maintained,and advance materials are coordinated for both personal and business travel (airfare, hotels, cars, etc.) as well as social engagements.
  • Plans, coordinates, and ensures the Director’s schedule is followed and respected.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • knowledge of MS Office, Tech Savvy.
Salary
  • N180,000 per month.
