Candidates are to report to the Federal Inland Revenue Service screening center with the following items;

- Local Government Certificate
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Academic Certificates
- Two recent passport photographs
- Parental Consent
- Attestation form duly signed
- Writing Materials
- Original and photocopy of credentials used during the online application
